- Readme.txt for Super Desk 2.1 (Virtual Desktop for Windows 95)
-
- Nine out of ten times, when I am about to use the shortcuts
- in Windows 95, my desktop is so cluttered that they are
- buried over. It is grueling to close a lot of windows or
- minimize them just so I can reach the shortcuts, since I
- might need to open them up again sooner or later. I know if
- I have a large desktop which has multiple working areas, I
- will not have these problems. As I can always go to a clean
- working area with all those shortcuts visible, start up new
- tasks, and switch back to the working area whenever I need
- and find everything I left still there for me to continue.
- This is something that Super Desk can do for you.
-
- You can have more than enough space for your desktop by
- using Super Desk. Accessing all your shortcuts is just a click
- away. Finding a clean desktop to start a new task is also
- just a click away. You can arrange all your windows the way
- you want it in a much larger space than your physical screen
- allow you to. It is like you have a lot of screens (up to
- 2,500) so you can have different tasks displayed on different
- screens. You can get all these advantages without
- sacrificing any functionality of your programs. As personal
- computers become more and more powerful, I think that a tool
- like Super Desk which once is available only on workstations
- should also be brought to the PC platform. Hope you enjoy
- using it!
